A place for permission. A space for forgiveness. A way to keep moving.

Where we can work together for a peaceful future in body, mind, and understanding.

Hello, I’m Hannah

…and with great humility, I offer my services to those who seek relief, peace, clarity, and support in their sense of self and whole being.

I am here to be your steward.

Because this is who I am at my core.

I am a facilitator who holds space.

I am a deep listener who gives permission.

I am an artist and writer who encourages creative thought.

I am an educator who prompts reflection.

I am a curious and sensitive person who believes in the body’s undeniable will to forgive.

And I created the Center for New Systems to build on all that we already understand, by integrating existing strategies and techniques for personal growth and transformation in ways that honor your unique experience.

Because everyone is capable and deserving of feeling at peace in their whole being.

My studio is your studio

I believe in the power of place as “the third teacher”.

The way objects in a defined space sit next to and with each other creates an alchemical and functional experience. Much like the many layers of connective tissue within the containment of our own personal forms, or the wabi sabi ordering of wild flora and weather throughout a field, the studio we work in together is carefully curated with an intention close to my heart—

to give permission and build mutual trust as we explore your unique psychosomatic needs with creativity and meaning.

Drawing upon my professional training as an installation and performance artist working with relational aesthetics and poetry, as well as my experience as an educator grounded in the Reggio Emilia approach, I put a significant amount of care and labor into crafting a supportive environment for healing and learning. In the studio, you’ll find natural and historical materials to ground yourself in, storied and pre-loved objects to inspire curiosity with familiarity, and responsive accommodations to securely support your needs.

This space is my offering to you, where the services I provide are met with your engagement.

We are doing the hard work together.

My studio is your studio, and I look forward to our collaborative explorations in developing a deeper understanding of who you are, in body, mind, and understanding.

Policies and Directions…

Getting to the studio:

The studio is located at 62 Main Street in Belfast, Maine. The sidewalk main entrance is between the two doorways of Fiddlehead Artisan Supply. Upon walking through the door you’ll find a set of stairs. The studio entrance is at the top of the stairs and immediately to the left. The studio door will be left open in anticipation of your arrival.

How I determine my pricing:

I believe in providing necessary and supportive services at accessible rates. By offering a sliding scale, it is my hope that we can create a system of mutual aid.

When someone pays on the lower end of the scale, both the client and myself are meeting our basic needs. When someone pays on the higher end of the scale, the added proceeds balance my overall compensation and support me in offering affordable sessions for everyone as well as free bodywork and services at community events.

I welcome the conversation around affordability, accessibility, and mutual aid with open warmth and appreciate your participation in this educational process. Please ask me, show me, and share your thoughts so we can grow in this system together.

Cancelations:

I appreciate your time and the unpredictable nature of how life happens.

In the case of schedule conflicts— if you know in advance that you will need to cancel your appointment, please email, call, or text me directly and as soon as possible. I am also more than happy to assist in rescheduling your appointment, for which your original payment will be used.

In the case of illness or emergencies— If you are feeling unwell or are navigating an emergency, I value the decided choice to take care and rest, and ask that you call at your earliest convenience. I will do the same if I am also feeling unwell or in an emergency. Once we are ready and in a moment of ease, I am more than happy to support you with rescheduling or processing a refund.

Refunds:

Payment information is put on file and kept confidential at the time of scheduling an appointment. This payment information is not processed until the time of your scheduled appointment. If you are paying with cash, check, or Venmo, the card information will simply be kept on file.

Cancellations that allow 48 hours notice will not be charged.

Cancellations that allow 24 hours notice will receive a 50% refund.

Cancelations that allow less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, are required to pay in full.
